Description: Provided software development and operational support for the Launch Operations Support Contract (LOSC) at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida.
Responsibilities: Writing and deploying applications utilizing the .NET framework (mostly C#). Position required writing technical documentation, providing ongoing support for deployed applications and conducting occasional training sessions for LOSC contract and Air Force personnel. Additional responsibilities included developing custom solutions for Shark Command and Control (SC2S), which is an emergency operations platform utilized by the 45th Space Wing, running WebEOC. Took lead role in migrating all web and database servers from one domain to another (.mil to .com). The project was successfully completed over a holiday weekend. Led a project to develop an application that will provide the 45th Space Wing with an improved method of accounting for personnel following major incidents, such as hurricanes. According to an Air Force study, the project was expected to yield 1.02M Return on Investment within 3 years. - |

Description: Provided 24x7 application support for a series of Internet Banking products.
Responsibilities: Position required researching and resolving escalated customer issues, utilizing a broad range of skills. Responsible for resolving issues related to batch file processing, database errors and software defects. Developed custom banking solutions for the S1 Retail Banking Suite. Applications were built using a custom proprietary, object oriented programming language. Additional responsibilities included; quality assurance testing, creating and executing hardware stress tests, facilitating weekly customer calls and developing automated business reports for S1 Senior Management. - |
